Great Island

Great Island in the Town of Wellfleet is perhaps the Cape's most challenging hike but it's well worth the trek through the sand and marshes of the Cape Cod National Seashore where you'll see beaches accessible only by foot or boat, seals, birds, and Jeremy Point, a sandbar that runs between Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay.
